Bots have been around for quite some time and they are widely used in the automation of work. With Artificial Intelligence making a lot of progress, machines are increasingly capable of learning and performing more intellectual tasks of human beings, including the ability to understand conversations. Although bots are still far from perfect, their intelligence already is applied to many elements of the recruitment process.
