Lead senior leadership (VP-level) hiring in the areas of Crypto, Web3 and Blockchain Technology, Data Science and Machine Learning, Product Design, Research and Customer Care, as well as hiring for Bumble’s newly created incubator and new product integration function, Bumble Studio. Partnered with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, CPO, CCO and VP & GM of Bumble Studio.

The project was completed remotely from the Evertalent HQ in the Netherlands, working closely with hiring teams and the TA team based out of London, Austin and Madrid.

  • Established a world-class leadership team for Northvolt Ett in Sweden. Focus on sourcing, attracting and recruiting senior executives, managers and battery specialists to prepare the factory launch and the first shift, as well as contributing to initiatives to further develop and implement Northvolt's talent acquisition strategy.

  • Successfully closed 29 highly specialised positions and director roles in 6 months.
